1178 Main Street
Metro West CD’s proposal at 1178 Main Street will create 48 affordable apartments for households earning up to 30%, 50%, and 60% of Area Median Income (AMI) in Millis. The development would include two new construction, three-story buildings on the site, which will pursue Passive House Certification.
Metro West CD is currently exploring the potential to purchase the site from the for-profit developer, who received a 40B Comprehensive Permit for 48 mostly market-rate apartments.
