Located in Watertown, 1060 Belmont Street provides individuals and families with 18 rental apartment units, all affordable to households earning up to 50% and 60% of the Area Median Income. The development includes a mix of studio, one- and two- bedroom units.

This acquisition and moderate rehab, completed in 2010, was Metro West CD’s first major undertaking.  1060 Belmont received $5.5 million in financing support from the Town of Watertown, EOHLC, CEDAC, Boston Community Capital and Watertown Savings Bank.

Along with Metro West CD, the project team for St. Joesph Hall included Mostue & Associates Architects (now Davis Square Architects) and general contractor Knollmeyer Building Corporation.
