To be qualified to enter a lottery we are currently running, you must be in our Ready Renter Program. If you are not a Ready Renter Member already, please fill out a Ready Renter Program Pre-Application. Once you “submit” the completed online pre-application, it will automatically be sent to our secure site and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
If you are already a Ready Renter Member and would like to be added to a lottery we are currently running, please email lottery@metrowestcd.org and request the specific property’s “Lottery Entry Form” to be sent to you.
If you would like to be added to a waitlist we are administering, please email ReadyRenterCoordinator@metrowestcd.org and request the specific property’s “Waitlist Interest Form.”
