Ready Renter Program
The Ready Renter Program is a free housing search assistance vehicle. Metro West CD staff comb numerous websites to create monthly “Housing Opportunity” bulletins providing people looking for affordable housing with the essential details of what opportunities are available and how to apply.
The Ready Renter Program is also a method for property owners to fill their vacant affordable apartments through a lottery. Metro West CD will notify Ready Renters about the upcoming lotteries and they can apply with a simple one-page form.
