Metro West CD Wins Second Police Station Redevelopment

Earlier this month, Metro West CD was selected by the Town of Hudson’s Affordable Housing Trust to redevelop the Town’s former police station site located at 62 Packard Street. Folks may recall that Metro West CD redeveloped the Norwell Police Station site in 2019, which is now home to 18 rental apartments for seniors. The Hudson opportunity will create 40 multi-family rental apartments, with a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes. We are thrilled to have been chosen by the Town and are very excited to help them bring this project to life. See some early ideas here: 62 Packard St., Hudson.
