Executive Director: Jennifer Van Campen – Jennifer has over 25 years experience working in community development having begun her career as a Community Organizer in New Britain, Connecticut and later working in affordable housing development at the Pittsburgh Housing Authority. In 1998 she returned to her home state to lead WATCH CDC in Waltham for six years. Construction Manager: Linda Moody – Linda has spent the last 20 years running her own architecture firm. She has been with Metro West CD for a year and has been primarily shepherding the 236 Auburn Street project through its comprehensive permit process. Special Projects Coordinator: Robyn Rufo – Robyn has 25 years experience in administration of programs in the for-profit and non-profit businesses. She has been with Metro West Collaborative Development for ten years where she has implemented numerous renter and home buyer income eligibility certification efforts. Affordable Housing Programs Manager: Amie Lindenboim – Amie has been with Metro West CD for a year and oversees our 40B compliance monitoring and other Subsidized Housing Inventory (SHI) services including the 5-town regional housing office based in Hudson. Paul is a realtor based in Belmont. He is a Watertown resident and is active in several local groups including World of Watertown.
Don Kondub (Assistant Treasurer)
Don is the Executive Director of Nutter, McClennen and Fish Law Firm. He is a Newton resident.

Retired Human Resources professional. Kalyani is a native of Guyana and has lived in Watertown for over 20 years. She is also a painter and fabric artist.
