Metro West CD Housing Clinic Coach
Job Description
To help provide one-on-one support to participating individuals seeking affordable housing or grappling with a specific housing-related problem. Metro West CD understands that you will not know the answers to all of the participants questions. There will always be a staff member on hand to help.
Requirements
- Ability to meet at least once per month over Zoom – clinics are held Tuesdays and Wednesdays 12-1pm and Wednesdays 5-6pm.
- Strict adherence to total confidentiality
- Communicate to participants through Metro West CD staff
- Seek support as often as needed
Tasks
- Over zoom, conduct housing searches, identify housing opportunities, submit applications or research other housing problems together
- Leave each meeting with some “next steps” that the household can take on their own
- Submit Metro West CD Clinic Log form to Merkeisha@MetroWestCD.org
