Information For Renters
Metro West CD provides helpful information for renters as well as listings of available rental properties and lotteries.
Information For Buyers
Homebuyers can also find helpful assistance and available affordable housing purchase opportunities from Metro West CD.

Community Investment Tax Credit
Pay less taxes and help Metro West CD at the same time! The CITC provides a 50% tax credit to all donors who contribute to a certified CDC like Metro West CD.
How Can You Help?
Individuals, corporations, and nonprofit organizations can invest in these credits and receive a state tax credit as well as a federal tax deduction.
Who Will Benefit?
Low and moderate-income individuals and families: our aging parents, teachers in the local school system, our hairdresser, our friend, our kids who want to continue living in the community they grew up in.
