Executive Director: Jennifer Van Campen – Jennifer has over 25 years experience working in community development having begun her career as a Community Organizer in New Britain, Connecticut and later working in affordable housing development at the Pittsburgh Housing Authority. In 1998 she returned to her home state to lead WATCH CDC in Waltham for six years. Special Projects Coordinator: Robyn Rufo – Robyn has 25 years experience in administration of programs in the for-profit and non-profit businesses. She has been with Metro West Collaborative Development for nine years where she has implemented numerous renter and home buyer income eligibility certification efforts. Affordable Housing Programs Manager: Amie Lindenboim – Amie was recently hired by Metro West CD to oversee our 40B compliance monitoring and other Subsidized Housing Inventory (SHI) services including the 5-town regional housing office based in Hudson. Welcome to Sin Ting Nicole Lee, a student at Boston College, majoring in Communications and German. She took a class on affordable housing and had to know more! She’s helping Metro West CD explore housing development opportunities in new communities like Wellesley, Millis and Medfield.

Paul is a realtor based in Belmont. He is a Watertown resident and is active in several local groups including World of Watertown.

Don is the Executive Director of Nutter, McClennen and Fish Law Firm. He is a Newton resident.
Kalyani Devajyoti (Clerk)
Retired Human Resources professional. Kalyani is a native of Guyana and has lived in Watertown for over 20 years. She is also a painter and fabric artist.
